City-Scale Municipal Sewage Treatment


Our comprehensive design and equipment supply covers the entire sewage treatment process, from screening to sludge processing. Based on the activated sludge process, our solutions are tailored to handle larger populations, utilising concrete treatment basins constructed by others.


Moving Bed Bioreactor (MBBR)


The MBBR combines suspended growth and attached growth technologies, facilitating efficient bio-reactions between bacteria and organic matter. With high surface area media designed specifically for this application, our MBBR achieves shorter retention times and requires a smaller footprint compared to conventional systems. Our factory-installed, compact containerised steel structures further enhance convenience.


Submerged Aerobic Fixed Film (SAFF)


The  SAFF process utilises stationary support media to reduce influent BOD levels. Tubular diffusers ensure optimal air dispersal with minimal blockage from biological film growth. With a small footprint, stable operation, reduced sludge production, and modular installations, the SAFF process offers a hybrid solution combining attached growth and suspended growth activities. Similar to the MBBR, our SAFF system is conveniently factory-installed in compact containerised steel structures.
